Devonshire Music Festival Makes Right Move

The Devonshire Music Festival recently confirmed the expansion of the gathering to two new sites, Webley Hall and Shelby Fairgrounds.
Webley Hall is indoors and can hold up to 2,000 Festival goers. This makes it ideal in many respects. Those who attend the Festival during rainy days will now be able to enjoy
