Many things make people think artists
are weird—the odd hours, the nonconformity, the clove cigarettes. However, the
weirdest may be this: artists’ only jobs are to explore emotions, and yet they
choose to focus on the ones that feel lousy. This wasn’t always so. The earliest

Psychoanalysts believe that if patients can understand their unconscious motives, they have taken, the first step toward gaining control of their problems. Such understanding is called insight. Psychoanalysis is a slow procedure. It may take years of fifty-minute sessions several times a week before the patient is able to make fundamental changes in h 我来回答: 提交
