（1）转移阵地，开辟“第二渠道”，社区即是卖场。到社区门口中转，放到社区小店，只交货不交流人。
（2）改换包装形式，采用家庭装、组合装；用UHT技术延长保质期；并生产果粒杯牛奶提高营养，因为人们买不到水果。
（3）在别的厂家因业绩不佳，纷纷撤广告时，蒙牛反其道而行之，加大播放密度，因为人们都呆在家里，电视是联系外界的主要窗口。4、蒙牛率先向国家卫生部捐款100万，树立良好的企业形象；和卫生部合作拍摄公益广告《怎样预防非典》，并出资70万赞助小汤山抗击非典。
