| 一般情况：女，30岁，已婚，公务员。 求助者主诉：对食品安全问题不放心4个月，伴反复检查、苦恼2个月。 案例介绍：求助者近4个月来对食品安全问题越来越不放心，不敢在外边的饭店吃饭，担心饭店的菜洗不干净，炒菜用的油是泔水。不敢吃牛肉干，害怕得疯牛病，不敢吃猪肉，猪饲料中激素太多。尤其是“福寿螺”事件后，不仅小龙虾之类，甚至海鲜类的食物也拒绝吃了。米饭也是尽可能少吃，因为大米上的农药实在是太多了。求助者认为吃饭实在是令人头痛的事，“不吃饭饿死，吃饭毒死”。眼看着求助者的进食量越来越少，体重明显下降，她丈夫非常担心其身体差，不能孕育一个健康的孩子。因而，每天监督她进食，这遭到求助者的强烈反对，为此二人经常争吵，求助者为此非常苦恼。近2个月来开始担心自己家的煤气没关好，每次不管出门还是晚上睡觉前都需要反复检查、为此求助者经常上班迟到，感觉非常辛苦，也想控制不检查那么多次，但又不放心。在丈夫的提醒下，自己来到心理咨询中心咨询，希望早日解脱烦恼。 |
Most animals have little connection with animals of a different kind, unless they hunt them for food.
