一般资料：求助者，女性，16岁，高中一年级学生。 案例介绍：求助者的家离学校较远，每天由父母开车接送。半年前的一天，在上学的路上遭遇车祸，父亲脸上流了很多血，求助者也受了轻伤。求助者当时非常害怕，出现胸闷、心慌、全身发抖、手脚出冷汗等症状，几乎瘫倒。求助者和父亲被送去医院，没有发现严重的问题。但从此以后求助者不敢坐车，甚至不敢坐公共汽车。求助者自己也明明知道坐车不一定就会出车祸，也曾逼着自己坐车，但最终都因害怕而失败。求助者现在只能骑自行车上学，就是骑车，也感到害怕，既耽误了时间，也感觉很累。求助者恨自己胆小，担心今后的学业与生活，内心非常痛苦。为此无法安心学习，甚至想退学，但又不甘心。迫切要求解决"坐车恐惧"的问题，在家长陪同下前来咨询。 心理咨询师观察了解到的情况：求助者从小懂事听话，胆小怕事，内向，学习勤奋，人际关系良好，以往身体健康。
