案例介绍:一次,求助者到他儿子的学校开家长会,被老师当众批评,心烦、燥热,突然觉得透不过气来。胸闷、心慌,非常难受,认为自己得了心脏病,因此非常紧张、害怕,手脚发麻,浑身颤抖。求助者迅速地离开学校,乘出租车到医院看急诊,症状缓解,未发现明显的异常。专门到心内科住院检查,但未查出器质性病变。后来这种情况经常出现,每次可持续数十分钟,时间、场合均无规律可循,头脑清楚,能自行缓解。曾多次到医院就诊,服用过药物,但无法缓解。平时生活、工作均正常。目前,求助者害怕一个人呆在家里,不敢一个人到外地出差,怕自己突发心脏病死了。不敢到人多拥挤的地方。曾对家人表示活着真是受罪,不如死了算了。
心理咨询师观察、了解到的情况:求助者的性格较内向,做事认真、谨慎,非常孝敬父母。对自己的要求很严格,不吸烟,很少喝酒。十年前曾患过胃溃疡,经治疗后缓解。
